What does the basic yacht charter package include?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, essential safety gear, full fuel tanks, and a selection of complimentary beverages. Different packages vary; for example, evening cruises come with premium drinks and light snacks, and business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I reserve my charter?
To secure a booking, we suggest at least 2–3 weeks notice. During our high season, which lasts from May until September, earlier reservations are encouraged. For special occasions or business events, please book 4–6 weeks in advance for optimal availability and customization options.
What do we do if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our chief concern. Should weather conditions become detrimental, as judged by our captain, we'll propose an alternative booking date or process a full refund. We constantly track weather updates and will get in touch with you if the forecast seems dubious at least 24 hours before your planned departure.
May I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own provisions. We do offer outstanding catering services tailored to your preferences as well. Be aware, for safety, glassware is not allowed on the vessel.
Can individuals with physical disabilities access the yachts?
We aim to be inclusive to all our guests. Some of our boats are especially equipped to aid those with mobility issues. For assistance with selecting a suitable vessel and making the necessary arrangements, please get in touch with us while making your reservation.
What is the policy for cancellations?
If the cancellation is made over 72 hours prior to departure, the full amount will be refunded. For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is issued. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable, except when due to unsafe weather or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
